A Business Manager is hands-on, professionally trained, and coach with a background in corporate business issues who oversees, assists and guides—the executive and or business owner—in developing, starting, and growing the business.
The Business Manager helps you clarify the organizations goals and objectives and helps to develop the skills and acquire the resources needed to operate a successful enterprise. The partnership begins with a lengthy start-up session in which the Business Manager learns all about the executive/business owner and the organization.
Following that, the executive/business owner and the Business Manager will meet on a regular basis, either in person or on the telephone, to assess the changes that have occurred, to set strategy, to clarify the current problems and goals, and to set the goals and objectives.
