So if you’ve ever been in that position where stuff is flying at you. Y’know, you can’t even see straight. There’s so much on your plate that you can’t even see straight. And maybe you’re hot and okay I’m just being silly now.
Hello team, it’s Christopher Lawrence here, in the bright, shiny sun and I’m going to be a little bit silly today, which is something that, I know that you would never expect from me. Actually the reason why I am doing this in the sun is because I love the sun, it’s so bright, but it kinda reminded me of this metaphor is that, sometimes when you’re at work there’s so much flying at you that you can’t even see straight. So what do you do when that happens? So if you’ve ever been in that position, where stuff is flying at you, y’know, you can’t even see straight. There’s so much on your plate, that you can’t even see straight. And maybe you’re hot and . Okay, I’m just being silly now. But, post below what are some of your tactics. And you can check me out, you can learn more about me and what I do, at http://www.changemylifecoaching.ca I am a career and life coach, and one of the things that I specialize in, is helping people who are in a work circumstance, where they can’t.. the sun is so rough. Where they’ve got so much stuff going on, that they can’t even make heads or tails of it, and maybe they just want to escape. Right, so what do you do when you’re in that situation? Well, what I actually recommend, is that you look for the easy choice. So what’s the low hanging fruit? Sometimes the easy choice is, we just focus on any work that allows, us to feel like we’re getting momentum right now. Even if it’s not the right work. Sometimes we need to focus on, the big project and get that off our plate. And sometimes actually we need to step away from it and go find community for a little while. Touch back with our community, and ground ourselves a little bit, and be around other people and learn, y’know find things to laugh over because that can de-stress us, and bring us out of our, sympathetic nervous system, into our parasympathetic nervous system. Which is our relaxation mode, it’s our replenishing and healing mode. And that kinda thing.
So, I strongly encourage you if you are, If you’ve got a bunch of stuff flying at you and you’re kinda like doing this in your mind ’cause you can’t see and it just feels like there’s a bright, shining, uncomfortable sun in your face. Then it’s a good opportunity to maybe just kinda, make the easy choice and do what works for you and find a community. Somebody said that when my eyes are in the sun, they look nice, is that true? I dunno, I think it pronounces, my wrinkles at certain angles. Look at this.
