Catherine Munro – Chief of Staff and Joy Facilitator
Catherine’s role as Chief of Staff is to give Executive Support to our CEO and COO. She has a passion for building services and experiences that our clients want and need.
Catherine has the ability to build strong and trusted relationships, cultivating a culture of collaboration and appreciation. She is the go-to resource for the senior team to lead key corporate initiatives and to get special projects done which promote and support our corporate goals, mission and vision, as well as managing the day-to-day of the executive office.
The duties in the Chief of Staff role are varied and exciting, and ever-changing as the Company grows and thrives.
Catherine’s role as Joy Facilitator is to lead, support and articulate the culture of Change My Life Coaching and to be there for our clients, from their first initial contact and as they move through their coaching journey. She encourages communication, connection, and clarity as clients access their own resources of power, creativity, purpose, and… joy!

Prior to joining Change My Life Coaching, Catherine held various roles in Client Services, Administration and Wellness in Corporate Calgary as well as owning and operating a small business.
